Unfortunately, the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, making our dining experience rather unpleasant. We were disappointed that the rooms weren't cleaned during our stay, and one of our rooms lacked basic amenities like a fridge. It was also frustrating to see graffiti in the corridors, which detracted from the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

Absolutley shocked by the broken aircon during a mid-30 degree heatwave, it was only after complaining that we woudl ve been moved. the lack of toilet roll on multiple days showed such incompetence. I almost gave a good review, but where was my complimentary welcome gift for all this trouble?

The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and nice thick towels. Loved the private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The outdoor swimming pool was a great plus. It’s on a quiet street, making it easy to rest. Staff were helpful, and I found the location handy for transport.
